* Warranty

     One-year Manufacturer Defect Warranty on KKE Wheels.( It does not include the problems that are caused by severe impact or collision during riding or human damage.)
     In any case KKE parts warranty only covers damaged KKE parts.
     Warranty doesn't cover wearable parts, illegal, stunt or race use or when there is no documented proof that bike manufacturer's recommended service schedule has been followed.
    Wheels must be installed in a professional manner by professional mechanic, company or qualified person. 

* Returns
  • The merchandise for return or exchange must be in the original package and with all accessories included in the package.

  • Before returning or exchanging merchandise, customer must contact our customer service (  [email protected] ). Return or Exchange without contacting us maybe refuse or delay of service.

    • Customer is responsible for return freight charges, if there are no problems with our products.
