 If customers want to return for some reasons (such as an order placed by mistake, changing their mind), customers pay for return shipping costs. We will issue a refund after we receive the returned items.

    Please note that there will be a 4.4% transaction fee that is charged by Paypal. Once the payment is refunded , the transaction fee will not be returned by Paypal.

   Shipping charges (for international shipping ) are nonrefundable. In the case where a customer decides not to receive the packages and they will be returned to the KKE warehouse, the customer is also responsible for all return costs.
